    After building miniature neighborhoods and cities that spanned his parents' basement floor, Kevin knew he had a keen interest in real estate.  After graduating from The College of Wooster in 2001 with a double major in Urban Studies and Studio Art, Kevin started working in real estate in the Metro DC Area.  He has had an invaluable array of real estate marketing and sales experience with top brokers ever since: first in Bethesda with an established Long & Foster agent in that broker's highest-volume office, then for Coldwell Banker's top-producing partnership in the Mid-Atlantic, and finally the highest-grossing listing agent in Georgetown before joining the Trent+Company team.  Whether it has been single-family homes in Suburban Maryland, coops and condos in Kalorama and Upper NW, or rowhouses in Logan and Dupont, Kevin has had a varied real estate history in and around DC.
 
    Some of Kevin's apparent strengths are his area knowledge (as an area native), his effective persistence, a formal and career-related education in architecture, and his easy going disposition in what can be a difficult arena.

    D’Ann was instrumental in creating more business for Trent & Co. Now, in the role as the Director of New Development, she is responsible for expanding the new construction business by working closely with some of the major developers in the metropolitan area.

    A native Californian, D’Ann spent most of her professional career working in public service.  Among her former employers are United States Senate, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (now CalFire) and the City of San Bernardino’s Mayor’s Office.  Her background in government relations, transportation and open space planning come in handy when working with local municipalities including neighborhood associations on housing issues.  D’Ann has Bachelor of Science degrees in economics and environmental studies and also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from California State University.

    As the proud daughter of a custom home builder turned commercial real estate executive, Jonnie “grew-up” in the real estate business. She has a true passion for architecture, quality craftsmanship, and thoroughly enjoys working with people. Jonnie has been actively involved in the DC-Metro real estate market since 2003.

    Jonnie began her real estate career working with McWilliams Ballard Inc., one of the area’s top new home sales and marketing comp anies. During her tenure as a Sales Director for McWilliams Ballard, Jonnie sold and serviced the contracts of over 700 homes totaling more than $300mm. In 2005, Jonnie was the #3 top selling agent in new home sales for the entire DC-Metro area with $120mm in sales. In 2009, Jonnie relocated to Phoenix, AZ to care for a terminally ill family member. There, she obtained her Broker’s license and worked as an Associate Broker for a boutique real estate company. While residing in Phoenix, Jonnie also remained actively involved in the DC-Metro market and began working with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in preparation for her return to the DC-Metro area in 2011.

   In February 2012, Jonnie joined Beasley Real Estate and has enjoyed serving as both a general brokerage, and new construction sales agent.  Jonnie's expertise spans a wide range of property types and geographies from multi-million dollar waterfront condos to government-assisted, first-time home purchases.  Being licensed in all three jurisdictions (DC, Maryland & Virginia), enables Jonnie to provide many home buying solutions and perspectives for her clients.

    Prior to selling residential real estate, Jonnie worked as a Manager for Accenture, a consulting and information technology company. She graduated from the American University in 1999 with a BS in Business Administration. In addition, she was a Regional All-American in Field Hockey.  When Jonnie isn’t busy selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.  She remains involved in the community by volunteering her time as a Team Manager for the Bethesda Soccer Club as well as a Parent School Board Executive Committee Member for the Mundo Verde Public Charter School.  Jonnie and her family reside in American University Park, DC.

    Ryan joins Trent & Co. from Jacksonville, Florida. As a child, Ryan quickly displayed a passion for real estate with his constant sketching and designing of homes. He is currently working to attain his real estate license and is excited to begin his career as an agent and fulfill his childhood dream.

    Ryan’s experience in sales and marketing, as well as his commitment to clients, stems from the many years he helped run his parents’ business as well as his work with new students through the orientation office at Clemson University in South Carolina. Ryan also accrued sales experience through a position with an insurance agency during his time at the university.

    Ryan will soon complete his degree at Clemson where he studies business management with an emphasis in human resources. Ryan is also working to complete a minor in psychology and has taken several courses in architectural design. He is eager to combine his love of real estate with his desire to help and work with others.

    Ryan’s most valuable assets are his cordial demeanor, flexible mindset, and positive attitude in seemingly stressful situations.
